2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• The User has the right to access and use the purchased content in accordance with the granted license. They are obligated not to redistribute, modify, or resell the materials without our written consent.
• KoreaHDTV is obligated to provide the services as described. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service or content, with prior notice.
• Both parties are obligated to comply with applicable legislation in the field of data protection and intellectual property.

3. Limitation of Liability

Services and content are provided "as is". KoreaHDTV assumes no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to investment decisions made based on our reports. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.

4. Payment and Refund Conditions

All prices are displayed in lei (RON) and include VAT, where applicable. Access to services is granted after payment confirmation. Refunds are possible only within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with legislation on the right of withdrawal, except for digital services that have already been fully downloaded or accessed. Any refund request must be sent to the contact email address.

5. Termination of Use and Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to services in case of violation of these terms. The user may terminate the use of services at any time. These terms may be updated periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page, and continued use of the services after posting constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
